How we help
Your recovery journey with us follows a simple yet comprehensive three-step process:
Step 1: Assess
We start by understanding your condition through a detailed discussion of your symptoms, history, and lifestyle, followed by a physical examination. This helps us identify the root cause of your concerns and provides a clear baseline to guide your recovery journey.
Step 2: Plan
Using the assessment results, we design a personalised treatment plan tailored to your goals and needs. We’ll explain the recommended therapies, outline the expected timeline, and provide advice on self-care and lifestyle adjustments to support your recovery.
Step 3: Treat
Treatment involves applying the plan through targeted therapies such as manual techniques, guided exercises, joint mobilisation, dry needling. We’ll track your progress, adapt the approach as needed, and equip you with tools to maintain your recovery and prevent future issues.
Our goal is to ensure you feel better each session, with a clear and achievable path toward lasting recovery.

Chiro vs Physio: Which one do I need?Deciding between a chiropractor and a physiotherapist can feel overwhelming. Both professions share the common goals of relieving pain, restoring function, and enhancing your quality of life, but their approaches and techniques are unique. Here's the difference. Treatment Philosophy Chiropractors focus on spinal alignment and joint mobility, often using adjustments to address dysfunction. Physiotherapists emphasize rehabilitation through movement, exercises, and strength-building to support recovery and prevent future issues. Techniques Chiropractors traditionally specialise in spinal adjustments and joint mobilisations. Our chiropractors take a holistic approach beyond the typical "quick crack" appointment. We incorporate techniques such as soft tissue release, cupping, and dry needling to restore movement and enhance joint mobility, making adjustments more effective. Physiotherapists focus on strengthening muscles, improving mobility, and tailored exercise programs. Both professions incorporate manual therapy and patient education as integral parts of care. The MSK Therapy Difference At MSK Therapy, we bring the best of both worlds together with our evidence-based MSK Signature Treatment. Physiotherapy or physical therapy is a form of treatment focused on improving movement, function, and quality of life through physical interventions like exercises, manual therapy, and education.
Physiotherapy helps manage pain, rehabilitate injuries, enhance mobility, and prevent further issues in patients with conditions affecting muscles, joints, nerves, or overall physical performance.
Our physiotherapists tailor treatments to individual needs, using manual hands on therapy along with exercise therapy, to promote healing and restore function. It supports rehabilitation after surgery or illness, helps prevent future injuries, and enhances sports performance.
